Com (ótima) localização, na esquina das Ruas Aníbal de Mendonça, no número 158, e Redentor, no charmoso bairro de Ipanema, o Posì Mozza & Mare é mais uma excelente opção, desde 2019, para os que apreciam a gatronomia italiana na Cidade do Rio de Janeiro.
Com decoração que remete à linda cidade de Capri, na Costa Amalfitana, o restaurante tem jardins suspensos de limão siciliano, em suas paredes e tetos. Também tem pinturas, nas paredes, que remetem àquela localidade, bem como os trajes de linho dos garçons, trazendo um ar de veraneio para o ambiente.
Quanto ao cardápio, como entrada, há três tipos de mozzarellas di Búfala (Burrata, Bufalina e Stracciatella), que podem ser combinadas com diversas coberturas. Além destes, há também as opções de Tartare de Salmão, Ceviche, dentre outros. Optei pela porção de Croquete de Camarão Aioli de Limão – um dos melhores que já experimentei.
Para beber, optei por um saboroso e frutado Chardonnay, para harmonizar com as iguarias que eu pretendia e já estava degustando.
Como prato principal, comi o delicioso Vôngole (Linguini, vôngole, vinho branco e salsa).
Por fim, e como não poderia deixar de ser, solicitei como digestivo um Limonchello.
